It’s Random Acts of Kindness Week
Thanks to Alaska Parenting for the following article. I am simply passing on good information. For this and more great parenting info, go to the Alaska Parenting website at http://alaskaparent.com/
Ever have one of those days where everything is against you, but it’s completely turned around by a kind and selfless act? Maybe it was when the person in front of you paid for your coffee or when you received an unexpected Thank You note.
Pay it forward and make someone’s day with Random Acts of Kindness (RAKs) Week!
Here are some RAKs to get you inspired:
– Shovel a neighbor’s driveway
– Hold the door open for the person behind you
– Send a friend flowers at work just because
– Leave a kind note for someone, even if they aren’t a friend
I love teaching kids to think of others and be kind. It’s our way as adults to help make the world a better place on a daily basis.
