School Age Gymnastics
5 yrs & older

Classes are 1 hour for Beginner level and 1 1/2 hours for Intermediate through Advanced levels.  Most classes are co-ed, with a few exceptions.  Classes above the beginner level require a base set of skills.  Teachers evaluate gymnasts in an ongoing system as they participate and will recommend moving up as the proper skill requirements are met.  If you have a new student with us that has taken gymnastics before, we can do a private evaluation for placement.


Full Fall session:
August 15th – December 17th

Enrollment after the start of a session, is prorated.

First 1/2 session: Aug. 15th – Oct. 15th
Second 1/2 session: Oct. 17th – Dec. 17th

Parkour Gymnastics

Parkour Gymnastics is a fun, exciting way to learn to tumble, climb, jump, and use your body with whatever is available to create skills.  It requires strength, agility, and fitness.  It is very appealing to kids that want to fly and really play hard but are not interested in the repetition of a gymnastics program focused on pointed toes and highly structured elements.   School age, Beginner level classes are open to all kids 6 yrs and older and any level.  Jr. Parkour is for 4-6 yr olds.  More advanced level classes are offered to older kids and as kids progress.
